About the Rebate
RealtyWatch.com hires only experienced agents who agree to strict quality standards when representing clients. When our agents represent a buyer client in the purchase of a property, we earn a commission paid by the Seller. We share a large portion of our commission with you according to the following terms.
- When we receive a 3% commission on a property purchased, we pay you 1% at closing.
- If the commission to us is less than 3%, we will rebate to you the balance over 2%.
